Wow, what a great time at the Ringling Brothers and Barnum Baily Circus at Sprint, we had great seats, and the coolest part of the show, in my opinion was the motorcycles in the metal sphere going a bazillion miles per hour. If you went you know what I’m talking about, it was simply amazing. Very entertaining, the last time I saw this circus I was 10 so it was quite a treat. My 1 year old made it almost all the way through before finally succumbing to sleep. We tried to get him to nap earlier in the day but he wasn’t having any of that nonsense.

Now to a more frightful experience that scared me to no end. It’s intermission and I’m walking through the throngs of people and this small boy who was about 4 maybe 5 is just in tears and looking every where for his parent(s), I can’t believe I was the only one who noticed, I walked up to him and asked him if he lost his mom and he just put his arms up and wanted me to pick him up, it just about brought me to tears, and as I’m writing this I am getting a little emotional.

This little guy is just terrified and all I can do is take his little hand and find one of the many Sprint folks who have walkie-talkies and ask them to help find his Mom. I am almost certain his folks were just as terrified. Thanks to the staff at Sprint Center for making this little guys trip to the Circus one he’ll always remember and I’m sure his folks will never forget either.

Please friends, if you have small children, please keep them close by, it only takes a second to lose them to predators, next time he may not be so lucky.
