Encounter with a Litterbug

My friend Beth gently admonished a litterbug, at a stoplight, after witnessing the other motorist toss her sandwich wrapper out the window. Beth wants to know, was she wrong to say something? I say no..as long as the other motorist doesn’t pull a gun on you.  Seriously.  Why do some people view the road as their personal trash can?

  1. There is a $500.00 fine for littering in most areas but you can never catch them. Kudos for her saying something.
    My pet peeve is the ones who throw their lit cigarette butts out to hit the other cars..
    Can’t they keep their butts to themselves.. lol
