The Christmas Rush

City sidewalks, busy sidewalks & slow walking shoppers. Is it o.k. to brush by shouting, “on your left” or should you stop and smell the roasted chestnuts? In London, the police may start patrolling  pedestrian traffic, forcing slower shoppers to stay to the right.  Would that work on the Plaza?
